Recruitment & Internal Communications Specialist

The Right Candidate will join our Human Resources Team, based in Praktiker HQ in Athens, and will report directly to the HR Manager.

 

Job Description

  • Leads Recruitment Activities and ensures that all Hiring Needs in Headquarters and Stores are met with Quality hires in a Timely Manner
  • Manages Company’s Recruitment Platform and Retains an active Talent Pool
  • Introduces and Implements New & Innovative Recruitment Solutions, Techniques and Tools
  • Coordinates and Analyses the Annual Performance Appraisal System 
  • Assists in the Design and Coordination of Assessment and Development Centres
  • Plans, Runs and Evaluates Employee Opinion Surveys in Headquarters and Stores
  • Develops and Coordinates Internal Communication Activities

 

Qualifications

  • University degree 
  • Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset
  • A minimum of 3 years’ In-House or Agency Experience in Recruitment 
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent Communication Skills both in Greek and English
  • Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
  • Commercial Awareness
